Voucher Details and Policies
Cancellation and refund conditions for the voucher allow for a full refund within 14 days post-purchase, should you change your mind or be unable to schedule a visit. Refunds can be processed through “My Account.” After 14 days, the voucher becomes nonrefundable. However, at check-out, there is the option to extend the refund ability. For bookings that require advance notice, changes and cancellations will adhere to the spa’s own policies and may incur fees.
If you need to cancel or adjust a reservation, it is imperative to do so directly with the spa prior to processing refund requests. The spa operates under a 24-hour cancellation policy; failing to comply may result in voucher forfeiture.
The voucher can be redeemed immediately and is valid daily until June 30, 2025, during the spa’s operating hours. Reservations are necessary at least 7 days before your desired appointment date, subject to availability. While this offer is available at a discounted rate, specific availability may be limited on certain days.
Upon arrival, guests should present either a printed voucher or show it via the Travelzoo mobile app. The price does not include tax and gratuities, which should be based on the original service price, and it is customary to tip around 20% for satisfactory service (directly to the spa).
