$129 for a 60-minute treatment of your choice, selecting either a Swedish Massage or a Hydrating Facial (regularly priced up to $208).
$255 for two 60-minute treatments, which include both a Swedish Massage and a Hydrating Facial (regularly priced up to $358).
Both packages include:
- One glass of bubbly (valued at $8)
- Pool access (valued at $45)
- Use of other spa amenities, such as the steam room, waterfall pool, lockers, and Jacuzzi
The spa features 18 treatment rooms and the serene Blue Haven Lounge. Guests can also swim over to the Paradise Pool and Bar for refreshing drinks, and explore hiking options as well as downtown Palm Springs, just a short distance away.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Travelzoo offers a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind or cannot find suitable dates. Refund requests can be made through “My Account.” After the 14-day period, the voucher becomes non-refundable. There is an option to extend the refund policy for an extra fee during checkout. Any necessary cancellations or changes must comply with the merchant’s policy and could incur fees or result in the forfeiture of your voucher.
The merchant has a 24-hour cancellation policy; therefore, failing to adhere may lead to additional charges or loss of the voucher. Reservations can be redeemed starting June 1, 2025, and are valid Sundays to Fridays until September 30 during operating hours. Appointments are required and subject to availability. Please call to book and mention your Travelzoo USA voucher without providing your PIN until you arrive at the spa. Remember, tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included, so it’s customary to tip on the full value of the service—20% for good service is recommended. Each individual may purchase one voucher, with additional purchases available as gifts, but exceeding the limit may result in voucher forfeiture. Legal age requirements for alcohol consumption apply. This offer cannot be combined with others and is not valid during certain dates, including August 9-17, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday weekends.
