Vouchers can be processed online through “My Account.” Beyond the initial 14 days, vouchers are nonrefundable. For a fee, you can retain the option for refunds until expiration at checkout. Changes or cancellations may adhere to the merchant’s policy, potentially incurring fees. It’s essential to cancel your reservation directly with the merchant before initiating a refund request.
Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation window is required; late cancellations may lead to a forfeited voucher. If the reservation is altered or canceled against this policy, additional charges may apply.
Redeemable starting April 7, 2025, applicable daily during the spa’s operational hours. Reservations are mandatory and subject to availability. Ensure to mention your Travelzoo USA voucher during booking without providing the PIN before arrival. Present either a printed voucher or display it via the Travelzoo mobile app on arrival. Taxes and gratuities are excluded; a customary tip of 20–22% based on the total service value is appreciated. Only one voucher per person is permitted, with the option to purchase extras as gifts.
