Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed, and the outdoor jetted pool in the tranquility area was also out of service. This left us with only the indoor hot tub, which was rather small and overcrowded. The lack of hot water in the showers and the presence of mold in the shower areas were disappointing for a venue of this caliber.

This experience was remarkable from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the warm welcomes from the staff made a great first impression. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped gym, which was not part of the initial service description. The serene atrium offered delightful food and drinks, with the strawberry lemonade being particularly refreshing. The staff member overseeing this area was attentive and committed to ensuring my comfort. Downstairs, the tranquil outdoor space featured seating and a coed waterfall spa. In the men’s locker area, there was a variety of amenities, including a sauna, steam room, Swiss shower, eucalyptus inhalation room, cold plunge, and hot tub, all conveniently accessible. The attendant did a great job keeping the area tidy. The massage rooms were spacious and well organized, with only a short walk from the relaxation area. My therapist, Joy, was exceptional, adeptly adjusting pressure to suit my needs. My only regret was that the massage lasted only an hour; I will definitely opt for 90 minutes next time. I’ve experienced many spas, and this one stands out as the best. I highly recommend the Well & Being Spa; it offers outstanding value for the quality received.

Our massage and facial were both wonderful experiences. The spa staff were friendly and highly skilled. The facilities were well-kept, offering a good variety including a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and cold plunge pool. We wrapped up the day by lounging at the adults-only pool, making for a perfect finish. Will certainly return and highly recommend this desert oasis.

The spa at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess consistently impresses! We had a girl’s spa day that was enjoyable as always. We began with fitness classes, enjoyed swimming, then had lunch poolside, followed by utilizing all the spa facilities and thoroughly relished our massages! This will always be a favorite retreat for us!

The massage was incredible, but the rooftop pool being closed was inconvenient; I had to navigate to other pools before returning to the spa, and there was an additional charge if key access was not managed correctly. Additionally, the meal in the atrium, costing $100, was just mediocre. Nevertheless, the spa’s ambiance was beautiful, and thank you, Dan, for the phenomenal massage!

The massage with Misty was perfect. Overall, it is a lovely spa that could benefit from more consistent welcoming service at the front desk. Remodeling is slated, which would enhance the experience further. Improved hours for poolside service would also be beneficial since the spa opens at 6, but food and drink service doesn’t start until 11.

Spa hours were not as advertised, which prevented me from enjoying the amenities post-massage. Wine was not available as the bar closed at 5 while my massage was scheduled for 5:30, despite the spa closing at 7. I was told I could use the pool instead, only to later find this wasn’t an option. I inquired about returning to access the spa and wine the following day, but was informed that this would not be possible.
