Guerlain Spa’s skilled massage therapists have received training in Paris, providing an authentic European experience in the heart of New York City. Visitors often describe the facility as “immaculate” and rave about it being “the best spa experience” they’ve encountered.
Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if you decide the voucher doesn’t suit your plans. To initiate a refund, visit “My Account” online. After 14 days, the voucher becomes non-refundable, but you can opt for an extension at checkout. If you need to cancel or alter a reservation, be aware of the merchant’s policies which may incur fees or result in the forfeiture of your voucher.
Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; failing to comply may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the voucher.
Vouchers can be used immediately, valid Monday–Friday through June 30 during the spa’s operating hours. Reservations are mandatory and subject to availability. When booking, please mention the Travelzoo USA voucher without revealing your PIN beforehand. Present either a printed voucher or display it using the Travelzoo USA mobile app upon arrival. Note that tax and gratuity are not included; a customary tip of 22% is recommended on the total value. Each customer may purchase only one voucher, with additional vouchers available as gifts. Exceeding this limit may lead to voucher forfeiture. Minimum age restrictions may apply. This offer is valid for one person and must be redeemed in a single visit. It’s not applicable for product purchases and requires legal age to consume alcohol. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
