Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: You can receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind or are unable to schedule your visit. Simply access “My Account” online for refund processing. Post 14 days, refunds will no longer be available unless you pay a fee to extend the refundable period. For appointments requiring advance booking, changes and cancellations must adhere to the merchant’s policy and may incur a fee or result in voucher forfeiture.
Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. If cancellation or modification occurs outside this window, penalties or voucher loss may apply.
Your voucher is redeemable starting January 2, 2025, and is valid daily through March 31, 2025, within spa operating hours. Reservations are essential and subject to availability. To book, call 707-931-3434, mentioning your Travelzoo voucher without the PIN until your arrival at the spa. Plan to arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, present either a printed voucher or display it using the Travelzoo mobile app. Tax and gratuity, where applicable, are not included in the voucher price; therefore, it is customary to tip on the full value, generally 20% for excellent service. This offer is valid for one guest and must be utilized in one visit. Guests must be of legal drinking age and are prohibited from bringing outside food and beverages into the spa.
