Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy
Travelzoo provides a full refund if you decide to cancel within 14 days of purchase. After this period, the voucher is nonrefundable unless you opt for a refundable purchase option when checking out. It’s important to note that any changes or cancellations made to reservations are subject to the merchant’s policies and may incur additional fees. Cancellation must be made directly with the merchant prior to requesting a voucher refund.
Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; failure to comply may result in the loss of the voucher. The full cost of the service will be charged for cancellations, changes, or missed appointments if minimum notice periods are not met.
Vouchers can be redeemed immediately and are valid from Sundays to Fridays through June 30, during the spa’s operating hours. Reservations are mandatory and confirmed with either a credit card or room number. Please arrive 30 minutes early to get acquainted with the spa. Upon arrival, present the printed voucher or show it via the Travelzoo mobile app. Note that taxes and gratuities are not included; tipping should be based on the full value of the service, with 22% being customary for exceptional service. Limit one purchase per person; additional vouchers can be bought as gifts. Minimum age requirements may be in effect, and the voucher is valid for one individual, to be used in a single visit. It is also not applicable on products and cannot be combined with any other offers. This deal is not valid on Saturdays, holidays, or holiday weekends, including Mother’s Day (May 11).
