Cancellation and Refund Policy: Travelzoo offers a full refund within 14 days of purchasing your voucher if you do not have an active hotel reservation. After booking, any changes or cancellations will adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policies, potentially incurring fees or leading to voucher forfeiture. If you need to cancel your reservation, it must be done directly with the hotel prior to seeking a refund for your voucher. To request a refund online, visit “My Account.” After the 14-day window, vouchers become nonrefundable.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Once your reservation is confirmed, modifications or cancellations depend on the hotel’s policies. To avoid any penalties, cancellations must be conducted at least two days before your arrival by 11:59 p.m. local time. Violating these terms may result in extra charges or loss of the voucher.
Occupancy Rules: Pricing is based on accommodations for up to two guests in a Traditional King room and up to four guests in a Traditional Two Queen room.
Spa Gift Card: The spa gift card will be sent to you separately via email after the promotion concludes.
Additional Hotel Charges: A nightly resort fee of $40 is incorporated into the listed prices but will need to be settled directly with the hotel. This fee includes various daily amenities such as a $10 food-and-beverage credit, happy hour at the General Manager’s Reception, golf bag storage, access to the driving range (with range balls for two guests), four players for WRM Miniature Golf, two games of duckpin bowling (per stay), two-hour bike rentals for two guests, and enhanced high-speed Wi-Fi. Note that tourism taxes (0.2925%), other TBI taxes (3%), and an occupancy tax (10%) are not included in the prices and must be paid directly to the hotel. Self-parking is part of this deal.
