Important Details to Consider
Guests should be aware of the cancellation policy, which imposes a 10% fee for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival—this fee escalates to 50% for cancellations made between 30 days and 48 hours before check-in. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation. Importantly, the Cowboy Cabins do not feature private bathrooms, with shared facilities located nearby. An upgrade option to Cabin Suites that include private bathrooms is available.
To secure the booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The listed price is based on double occupancy, and there is an additional charge of $12 per person for extra guests, excluding activity fees. Notably, blackout dates apply during peak holiday periods, including December 25, December 31, and January 1, along with mid-February 2025.
