Fortnite has introduced a playful yet perilous twist in its latest Chapter 6 Season 2 update, unveiling a trap on the new map that poses a significant risk to teams that ignore the rules.
This update, dubbed the Lawless update, immerses players in a vibrant, crime-laden island characterized by heists and vaults, all while allowing for a chance to collect Gold Bars. In addition to the introduction of new weaponry and Medallions, players will also discover four new Points of Interest (POIs) and a fresh Battle Pass featuring Mortal Kombat’s Sub-Zero.
Among all the new content, an unexpected Easter Egg at the Outlaw Oasis POI has surprised many players. Initially appearing as a serene and enjoyable feature, it can turn deadly if players overstep the boundaries.

At the Outlaw Oasis, players can unwind in hot tubs, but there’s a strict limit to be aware of. A conspicuous sign advises, “3 Max,” accompanied by an illustration depicting three individuals enjoying the tub.
However, if all four members of your squad decide to take a dip, chaos ensues. Shortly after entering, the entire team is launched into the air, and the fall is too steep for the glider to activate. Without a strategic landing place, players are in danger of being eliminated.
As seen in a widely shared video clip, this predicament can be more treacherous than anticipated. Only one player managed to survive a recent attempt, while the remainder faced elimination, leading to a collective return to the lobby.
Despite its seemingly malicious nature, this feature serves as a clever prank, posing a significant threat to both allies and opponents. By luring unsuspecting players into the tub, it is possible to send them plummeting to their elimination.
