On Wednesday, she took to Instagram to unveil a range of photos featuring her in a short pink dress, with a backdrop that harmoniously complemented her attire. In these pictures, the ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actress strikes multiple poses, exuding confidence and grace.

Ankita’s reference to “gulabi” drew significant attention, as it quoted lyrics from the song “Gulabi” featured in Sushant’s film “Shuddh Desi Romance,” which also starred Vaani Kapoor. The track, composed by Jigar and Priya, boasts lyrics by Jaideep Sahni and depicts the charming moments between Sushant and Vaani’s characters.
Sushant Singh Rajput tragically passed away at the age of 34, with his untimely death reported on June 14, 2020, at his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. Although Ankita and Sushant ended their romantic relationship in 2016, she has continued to support his family following his death. Furthermore, Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, has defended Ankita against accusations suggesting that she exploited Sushant’s legacy for personal benefit.
The couple shared seven years together before their separation in 2016, with their relationship developing during the filming of Ekta Kapoor’s acclaimed series “Pavitra Rishta.”
Currently, Ankita is enjoying married life with Vicky Jain.
