Twitch streamer Nick “Nmplol” Polom has firmly refuted claims of infidelity amid the ongoing proceedings of his divorce from former partner and fellow content creator Malena.
The couple, who had been romantically involved for years, officially parted ways in September 2024. Nick cited a divergence in life goals as the reason for their separation, indicating that it was no longer feasible for them to remain together.
As part of the divorce process, Malena filed for divorce in January 2025, prompting Nick to respond in February. He requested that their assets be divided according to a private agreement they had reached.
However, the situation took a contentious turn in March when Malena accused Nick of “economic and financial abuse” in newly submitted court documents, which she asked the court to weigh in the asset division discussions.
On April 11, 2025, streamer Henry Resilient uncovered snippets of court filings suggesting that Malena had found “suspicious” messages and photos on Nick’s phone following his return from a streamer convention in Amsterdam.
The court records indicated that in June 2024, the couple had traveled to Spain to support Malena’s ill mother. During this visit, Nick allegedly made a trip to Amsterdam without Malena’s prior knowledge. Upon his return, she reportedly discovered content on his phone that led her to believe he may have been unfaithful.

In light of these allegations, Nick took to Discord to declare, “I have never cheated and never will,” maintaining that much of the information circulating about the case is inaccurate. He further stated, “A lot of things y’all have seen have been unequivocally false.”
Additionally, the divorce proceedings have brought to light that the couple had been married since 2015, information that surprised many of their fans.
Seeking to ensure privacy during the legal process, Nick has made efforts to have the court records sealed. He later mentioned on Discord that he was impressed with Henry Resilient’s quick action to obtain the court documents, emphasizing the narrow timeframe he had to do so before they were sealed.
As of now, Malena has not made any public statements regarding the divorce and has remained silent on her social media platforms since December 2024.
