The Illinois State Police (ISP) confirmed the tragic event, stating that the crash occurred around 3:20 p.m. when a vehicle “drove into the east side of the building.” Eyewitness accounts indicated that the vehicle struck multiple people both outside and inside the facility before exiting through the west wall.
