Heirlooms are among the most coveted cosmetic items in Apex Legends, not only for their striking appearance but also for the recognition they provide of a player’s commitment to the game. If you’re on the hunt for a distinctive item for your favorite character, examining the various Heirlooms available in Apex is a worthy pursuit.
How to Acquire Heirlooms in Apex Legends
Unlocking most Heirlooms typically requires players to purchase all the event skins associated with a specific Heirloom upon its initial release. Even after the event concludes, players can still obtain Heirlooms using Heirloom Shards—a rare resource that has less than a one percent drop rate in any given Apex pack.
Players can expect a guaranteed set of Heirloom Shards after opening 500 Apex packs, though reaching that number can be a significant investment of time or money.
While accumulating such a large number of packs can feel daunting, there are features that allow players to track how many Apex packs they have opened, highlighting the rarity and appeal of Heirlooms.
Furthermore, many Heirlooms come with a unique Intro Quip that announces your possession of an Heirloom during the Champion Presentation—adding another layer to their appeal. Although not every legend is equipped with an Heirloom, the developers at Respawn continuously introduce new ones each season, providing opportunities for players to obtain a Heirloom for their main character.
Below is a compilation of all the Heirlooms currently available in Apex Legends.
