Accusations Against Oren Alexander: A New Allegation of Assault
A woman has come forward with claims against Oren Alexander, one of the brothers implicated in ongoing sex trafficking investigations, alleging that he assaulted her at the Versace mansion in Miami Beach. Alexander has categorically denied these allegations.
Maria Suska, who has not participated in the lawsuits against the Alexander brothers, shared her experience during an interview with ABC News.
“Initially, I told him to calm down. He didn’t,” she recounted. “He began to pull my top off. I shouted, ‘Stop!’ and increased my volume in protest. The more I insisted ‘Stop!’, the more aggressive he became.”
Suska’s situation is distinct from the criminal charges against Oren due to Florida’s statute of limitations, which prevents her from pursuing criminal action.
Oren, along with his brother Tal, and twin brother Alon, were indicted on federal charges of sex trafficking in January, following a grand jury’s findings in the Southern District of New York. The brothers have faced numerous lawsuits, all of which they vehemently deny.
In her account, Suska revealed that she first met Oren Alexander through Facebook and subsequently went on a date with him in 2014, which led them to a private party at the Versace mansion where mobile phones were prohibited.
During this encounter, Suska alleges that Alexander kissed her without her consent before proceeding to sexually assault her, as reported by ABC News.
Recalling the incident, she described him as a “six-foot tall, very strong” individual. “He composed himself afterwards, smirked at me, and remarked, ‘Oh, that was good,’ before leaving the room,” she added.
Although Suska reported that she did not sustain any physical injuries, she sought therapy to address the psychological impact of the assault, referring to her experience as “post-sexual assault trauma.”
In response to these accusations, Oren Alexander’s legal representative firmly denied the claims during an interview with ABC. “She would have had to retrieve her phone from security and walk out onto Ocean Drive, where police patrol regularly. These allegations were never reported to law enforcement. Our legal system is designed to evaluate claims, and we are prepared to defend against these in court,” stated attorney Jenny Wilson.
