Divorce Finalization for “The Real Housewives of Miami” Stars
Almost a year following their separation, Alexia and Todd Nepola, well-known figures from “The Real Housewives of Miami,” have officially concluded their divorce proceedings.
According to a report by Us Weekly, a settlement was reached between the couple on March 17.
The court documents, which have been reviewed by the outlet, indicate that Alexia and Todd have agreed on a settlement that they prefer to keep private.
Both parties signed the legal documents “freely and voluntarily” with the assistance of their legal representatives.
Sources suggest that a prenuptial agreement was in place, having been signed just days before their wedding.
Todd initiated the divorce last year after two years of marriage, citing that the relationship was “irretrievably broken.”
In response, Alexia shared her feelings on Instagram Stories, expressing, “I am shocked and heartbroken that Todd has chosen to dissolve our marriage. I will take comfort in the fact that my friends and family will be by my side supporting me during this difficult time.”
Despite their separation, Alexia and Todd maintained communication. When questioned about their relationship status, she acknowledged on iHeartRadio’s “Two T’s in a Pod” podcast, “Yes, of course. We’ve done it all. We love each other. We’re super into each other.”
Prior to her marriage to Todd, Alexia was married to Pedro Rosello from 1992 until 1996, with whom she shares sons Frankie and Peter. She subsequently married Herman Echevarria in 2004, but they divorced in 2015. Echevarria passed away in 2016 due to a heart attack.
