Actor Aly Goni made waves at a recent wedding by pulling off an amusing prank on an elderly woman, drawing laughter and surprise from all present.
Aly, who attended the event alongside his girlfriend, fellow actor Jasmin Bhasin, engaged in a playful exchange captured on video and shared via social media. The light-hearted interaction was a testament to Aly’s cheerful personality.
The clip opens with Aly asking the elderly woman in a jovial tone, “Chalo aunty batao main kaunse caste ka hoon (Tell me aunty, what caste do you think I belong to)?” Jasmin, sitting nearby, added to the banter with her own playful remark, inquiring, “Kya lagraha hai dekh k (What do you think just by looking at him)?”
As the conversation progressed, Aly escalated the humor by twirling his moustache and jesting, “Aunty ne pehchaan liya mujhe. Aunty main kaunse jaat ka hoon? Rajput hoon na main? Pehchaan liya aapne ek baari (Aunty has recognized me. Aunty, I’m from which caste? I’m Rajput, right? Reflecting on the moment, Aly quipped, “Nahi main lagta nahi hoon. Main sabko poonchta hoon. Sabko lagta hai Punjabi lagunga, Rajput lagunga (No, I don’t look like that. I ask everyone. They all think I’ll be Punjabi or Rajput).”
