W Publishing Secures Prophecy Title for Young Readers
Tom Dean of A Drop of Ink Literary has finalized an agreement with Brooke Hill of W Publishing Group for the upcoming book tentatively titled Holy Cow! End Times Prophecy Just Got Real!. This work is authored by the team behind the Faith & Friction podcast, including Chichi Onyekanne, Tracy Onyekanne, Annaly Mawire, and Jason McKay. The writers aim to make biblical prophecies relatable and timely, discussing why it is essential to recognize signs associated with the end times as outlined in scripture. The book is slated for release in early summer 2026.
Moody Publishers to Release Anxiety Support Book
Erin Davis, acquiring editor at Moody Publishers, has secured world rights to Eve Wasn’t Anxious: How to Cultivate the Peace of Eden in Your Own Life by Nichole Suvar. Having faced anxiety for over three decades, Suvar utilizes her insights to guide readers in exploring how their surroundings can foster better mental health and align with their purpose within God’s kingdom. The book, represented by Jen Babakhan of Books & Such Literary Management, is expected to be published in June 2026.

Targeted at children ages 3-8, this picture book features affirmations inspired by Wong’s widely shared spoken word piece, “I Have a New Name.” The release is anticipated in summer 2025, with representation by Jenni Burke at Illuminate Literary Agency for the author and Tracy Marchini at BookEnds Literary for the illustrator.
Lake Drive Challenges Conventional Origin Stories
David Morris, publisher at Lake Drive Books, has acquired world rights for Resurrection Technology: A Hush Harbor Troubling of Our Origin Stories by Tamice Spencer-Helms. As the founder of the nonprofit Sub:Culture, which assists Black college students, Spencer-Helms addresses historically marginalized narratives and faith through this unagented work based on the clandestine worship traditions of enslaved Africans. The book is set to launch in July 2026.
A B&H Devotional Focused on Motherhood
Ashley Gorman from B&H Media has obtained world rights to Mercy in the Margin: Finding Jesus in the Fringes of Motherhood, authored by Chelsey DeMatteis. This 52-week devotional aims to help mothers uncover spiritual moments amidst the chaos and ordinary joys of daily life. DeMatteis, who also hosts the Living with Less podcast, plans for publication in mid-2026.
Bloomsbury Academic Expands Its Catalog with Two New Titles
Richard Brown, a senior editor at Bloomsbury Academic, has successfully negotiated with Rita Rosenkranz of Rita Rosenkranz Literary Agency for world English rights to Forgiveness at Ground Zero: A Journey of Loss, Service, and Redemption after 9/11 by Lyndon Harris. Harris, who served as a relief leader at Ground Zero, shares his profound experiences surrounding the 9/11 tragedy and his journey toward forgiveness. Additionally, Brown acquired world English rights for Erecting the Pulpit: Muscular Christianity from Teddy Roosevelt to Donald Trump by Amy Laura Hall, a professor at Duke University Divinity School. This work examines the evolution of Protestant churches in the context of masculinity and capitalism, drawing from Hall’s personal experiences in various religious settings. It is set to be published on June 1, 2026, and was represented by Max Sinsheimer of Sinsheimer Literary.
