Popular Twitch streamer Asmongold recently disclosed that he is unaware of his earnings from his YouTube channel, despite its impressive viewership, typically ranging in the six to seven figures.

During a live stream on his Zackrawrr Twitch account on March 14, Asmongold revealed he had generated $40,238 from his Twitch activities over a month-long period, which he considered a “low” amount after a viewer referred to it as “crazy.”

Asmongold remarked, “If my channel was monetized and I ran ads, you could put a zero behind this number,” highlighting his choice to forgo advertisements on Zackrawrr, the channel he has transitioned to since departing from his original Twitch account.

Asmongold hasn’t checked his YouTube revenue for six months

In response to a viewer’s suggestion that his YouTube channel might be a significant revenue source, Asmongold admitted that he has not monitored his earnings from YouTube for a considerable time.

“I’d have to really look at it and see, I have no idea,” he stated, adding, “I haven’t checked my YouTube revenue in like six months.”

He humorously concluded, “All I know is that if I go to the store and buy a taco, the card’s gonna clear.”

Asmongold is not the only one perplexed about his financial gains from the Asmongold TV channel, as analytics platform Social Blade suggests that his revenue for the past 14 days could vary dramatically between $18,000 and $285,000. This significant discrepancy underscores that he likely remains in a comfortable financial position regardless of the uncertainties.

As of March 12, 2025, he holds the title of the most-watched streamer on Twitch, significantly surpassing his closest competitor, Caedrel. Interestingly, while Asmongold’s peak viewership stands at 86,009, Caedrel’s reached 185,209, suggesting a discrepancy in viewership engagement.

In a recent commentary on March 11, Asmongold expressed the opinion that Twitch should only impose bans on streamers in cases where they engage in illegal activities.
