Despite encountering some challenges with its limited movement options, absence of mounts, and pay-to-win aspects, popular streamer Asmongold is finding enjoyment in Throne and Liberty. He attributes part of his enjoyment to the various Guardians available for players to unlock, emphasizing that the game’s experience improves as one spends more time with it.
In a recent YouTube video focused on Throne and Liberty, Asmongold detailed his concerns with the game while still labeling it “badass,” particularly in relation to one Guardian: Vampire Slayer Ezekiel. This character can be unlocked during the Chapter Five quest, titled “A Sacred Pledge of Blood.”

Guardians represent a standout feature in Throne and Liberty, and it’s evident why Asmongold is enthusiastic about them. Players can temporarily transform into a Guardian they’ve unlocked, leading to significant enhancements in their combat abilities.
