Beyoncé and Jay-Z Named in Diddy’s Human Trafficking Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious allegations in a Florida lawsuit filed recently, which accuses him of human trafficking. The complaint, obtained by Fox News Digital, outlines detailed claims made by the plaintiff, Joseph Manzaro, who alleges he was subjected to drugging, forced transportation, and sexual abuse as part of a coercive and organized criminal operation that began in 2015.

In addition to Diddy, the lawsuit names several defendants, including Brendan Paul, who is alleged to have acted as Diddy’s drug mule, Emilio Estefan—husband of singer Gloria Estefan—and Adria English, a former adult film star who has also leveled accusations against Diddy in her own suit filed in 2024.

DIDDY PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO NEW ALLEGATIONS

The filing mentions that Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter were present at an event held at the Estefans’ Star Island home, though they were not named as defendants. According to Manzaro’s claims, he was drugged and forcibly taken to a gathering where Diddy was hosting a birthday party for his son. Upon regaining awareness, Manzaro asserts he was displayed half-naked in front of the celebrity couple.

In response, Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, stated that his client was not present during the alleged incident, and efforts have been made to reach out to Beyoncé’s representatives for comments on the matter.

WATCH ON FOX NATION: WHAT DIDDY DO?

According to the lawsuit, Gloria Estefan witnessed Manzaro in a compromised state as he entered their home, and upon noticing his distress, she reportedly called for an ambulance but was allegedly silenced by Emilio, who then escorted her away from the scene.

Manzaro further claimed that he encountered notable figures, including LeBron James, who allegedly remarked on his situation, advising that something needed to be done.

Defendant Adria English is cited in the lawsuit as someone who, according to Manzaro, claimed to be Diddy’s personal sexual assistant. She purportedly facilitated his entry into a hidden passage connecting the Estefan estate with Diddy’s residence.

JAY-Z FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST FORMER ACCUSER

After regaining consciousness, Manzaro describes a disconcerting scene at the birthday party where Beyoncé questioned, “What’s this? What’s this all about?” concerning his state of undress. Allegedly, a man named Eric Mejias responded by suggesting that the humiliation was part of a punishment Diddy imposed on someone deemed a “snitch.”

Manzaro claims that he was subjected to sexual abuse and coerced into unwanted sexual situations, and that he was later confined to a room where he faced further ridicule from others present, including someone referred to as Jacob “The Jeweler.” When he questioned the circumstances, he was told that he was being taught a lesson for his alleged disloyalty.

Attempts by Gloria Estefan to intervene on Manzaro’s behalf were reportedly thwarted, and following the incident, he was said to have been brutally beaten and left incapacitated in an apartment.

The Estefans have categorically denied the allegations, asserting they have documentation to validate their account that no such events took place on their property during the mentioned timeframe.

Subsequently, Diddy has been under investigation for human trafficking since March, with a federal indictment unsealed in September that includes charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and unlawful transportation of individuals for prostitution. If convicted, he could face a lengthy prison term, with a minimum of 15 years being a possibility depending on the verdict.

STATEMENTS FROM THE ACCUSED

Representatives for Diddy have described the lawsuit as a fabrication aimed at garnering attention and financial gain, with the music mogul looking forward to defending himself in court to refute the allegations made against him.

Responses have also emerged from the representatives of LeBron James, who stated that claims suggesting his presence at the event are unfounded, citing his commitments to the Cleveland Cavaliers during that time.

As the case evolves, these allegations highlight significant issues regarding celebrity culture, accountability, and the legal ramifications of such accusations within the entertainment industry.
