Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas have made a significant decision regarding their management, opting to join forces with Jason Owen of Sandbox Entertainment.
Owen’s portfolio includes notable artists such as Kacey Musgraves and Kelsea Ballerini, which positions him as a prominent figure in the music industry.
The Hollywood Reporter first reported on this managerial shift.
Prior to this change, Eilish and Finneas were under the management of Danny Rukasin and Brandon Goodman, the founders of Best Friends. Since establishing Best Friends in 2019, Rukasin and Goodman have successfully built a comprehensive management, publishing, and recording firm, adding to their roster breakout artists such as Bishop Briggs, Role Model, and Mimi Webb.
As the CEO of Sandbox Entertainment, Owen’s track record is highlighted by recent recognition at the Academy of Country Music Awards, where Sandbox secured five honors, including Entertainer of the Year and Female Artist of the Year for both Ballerini and Musgraves.

During their time with Rukasin and Goodman, Eilish made her mark on the music charts, achieving 44 entries on the Billboard Hot 100, including a chart-topping hit with “Bad Guy.” Her accolades include an impressive 32 Grammy nominations, winning nine of those, notably sweeping the Big Four categories in 2020. Eilish and Finneas have also been recognized with two Academy Awards for their contributions to film music, specifically for “No Time to Die” and “What Was I Made For?” from Barbie.
Finneas himself has received considerable acclaim, boasting 21 Grammy nominations and securing 10 wins over his career.
Looking ahead, Eilish is set to continue promoting her highly acclaimed third studio album Hit Me Hard and Soft next month, an album that achieved a remarkable No. 2 position on the Billboard 200 and features the popular single “Birds of a Feather,” which also reached No. 2 on the Hot 100 chart.
