A road rage incident over the weekend escalated into a physical altercation between a driver and a motorcyclist.
The States of Jersey Police responded to the disturbance at approximately 15:40 GMT on Saturday, near the intersection of Victoria Street and Val Plaisant, close to St Thomas Church in St Helier.
According to police reports, the confrontation involved a 57-year-old man operating a silver BMW X3 and a 47-year-old individual riding a grey Suzuki motorcycle.
A representative from the police expressed a particular interest in locating witnesses, especially a rider of a blue moped who intervened to defuse the situation.
Authorities are urging anyone with pertinent information to reach out to the police or contact Crimestoppers.
