In a previous interview with The Week, Ananya shared her views on yoga, highlighting its “profound impact” on her life. She noted, “Yoga has been part of my routine for several years now, typically dedicating between 45 minutes to an hour each day. This timeframe is ideal for me to feel rejuvenated. Even if yoga is your main exercise, a daily practice of just 20-30 minutes, spread across six days, can be incredibly beneficial. Beginners should consider starting with three sessions a week and gradually enhancing that schedule.”
On the professional front, Ananya recently appeared in two OTT series – Call Me Bae and CTRL, receiving commendations from both viewers and critics for her performances.
Looking ahead, she is set to star in Kesari Chapter 2, alongside prominent actors Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan. This film is centered on the narrative of lawyer C Sankaran Nair, who challenged the British Empire in a legal case following the infamous Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Details regarding her specific role remain under wraps.
Kesari Chapter 2 will be Ananya’s inaugural film of the year, scheduled for release over the Good Friday weekend on April 18, 2025.
