School of Song has announced an exciting opportunity for aspiring songwriters, revealing that renowned musician Brian Eno will lead its January songwriting program. The workshop will feature four instructional lectures along with hour-long Q&A sessions, culminating in a collaborative live writing exercise. Topics explored will include Eno’s innovative concepts like Oblique Strategies and Avant Gardening, among others. The program is offered at a price of $160, with a deadline for registration set for January 4.
Eno’s artistic output remains robust; his latest solo album, ForeverAndEverNoMore, was released in 2022. Since then, he has collaborated with artist Fred Again.. on the album Secret Life, produced the Small Craft EP, and curated the archival album Sushi! Roti! Reibekuchen!. Additionally, he has worked alongside noteworthy artists including Hot Chip, Goddess, and Jean-Michel Jarre on various projects.
