J-Hope Discusses New Challenges on Lee Hyun’s Radio Show
ARMYs, get ready! BTS’s J-Hope, affectionately known as Hobi, might be on the verge of launching his very own TikTok account. Recently, he became the second member of BTS to complete his military service and was invited as the inaugural guest on his labelmate Lee Hyun’s new radio program, My Close Friend. During this lively and engaging session, J-Hope expressed his willingness to embrace new challenges for his fanbase.
The conversation was sparked by Lee Hyun’s inquiry into J-Hope’s interest in taking on more challenges. J-Hope playfully responded by considering the creation of a TikTok account, stating, “Should I open my own TikTok account?” Lee Hyun pressed for clarification, to which J-Hope affirmed, “I will try to do a lot of challenges.”
While the radio show aired, a clip featuring Jin’s advertisement for Coway surfaced, generating a wave of excitement on social media. Fans were enthusiastic about the prospect of J-Hope’s potential TikTok account, with many expressing anticipation and urging him to make the move soon. One fan exclaimed, “HOBI HINTED HE WILL OPEN HIS OWN TIKTOK ACCOUNT OMG.” Another supporter encouraged, “Absolutely Hobi!!!! Open your TikTok account!!!”

During this interaction, he shared his thoughts on bandmate Jin’s latest album, Happy, and showcased his dance skills by taking on popular dance challenges like ‘Smoke’ and ‘Sticky,’ which delighted his audience.
As for his professional endeavors, there are growing speculations in Korean media that J-Hope may soon unveil his own album ahead of BTS’s anticipated reunion in 2025. However, no official confirmation has been provided yet. After completing 18 months of military service, J-Hope returned to the spotlight in October, welcomed back by Jin, the first member to be discharged, while the remaining members were unable to attend the ceremony.
