“On March 28, 2025, at approximately 7:30 PM, Burbank Police Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for apparent violations of traffic codes, in which Mr. Rodriguez was a passenger,” officials articulated to Fox News Digital.

“During the inquiry, narcotics were discovered. Mr. Rodriguez was subsequently arrested and booked into the Burbank Police Jail on charges of narcotics possession.”
Rodriguez has since been released with a citation, which mandates his appearance in court on April 25, 2025.
