About the Ariane 6 Rocket
Ariane 6 successfully launched from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana on 9 July 2024. This new rocket promises to restore Europe’s independent access to space, a significant milestone for the continent’s aerospace capabilities.
With its taller and more adaptable design, Ariane 6 features a modernized main stage along with options for either two or four robust boosters, as well as a restartable upper stage. These advancements will allow it to meet diverse mission requirements efficiently, including the ability to launch multiple payloads into different orbits during a single mission.
