Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal, who got married in 2020, are currently in the midst of a divorce. The couple is reportedly living apart, and legal proceedings concerning their separation are in motion. Recently, Dhanashree was seen enjoying a night out in Mumbai, where paparazzi captured her as she exited a cinema.

According to a report from ABP News, during a recent court session, both Dhanashree and Yuzvendra confirmed they have been living separately for the past 18 months. When questioned about the reasons for their divorce, they cited issues with compatibility as a significant factor.
Furthermore, there were earlier reports claiming that Dhanashree was requesting INR 60 crore in alimony from Chahal. However, her family has since dismissed these allegations. A spokesperson for the Verma family publicly refuted the claims, labeling the alimony figure as “baseless.” They expressed disappointment at the misinformation circulating and urged against the spread of unfounded rumors. The family emphasized that Dhanashree has never sought any financial support from Chahal.
The statement from the Verma family highlighted their concern over the situation, noting, “We are deeply outraged by the baseless claims being circulated about the alimony figure. Let me be absolutely clear—no such amount has ever been asked, demanded, or even offered. There is no truth to these rumors whatsoever. It is deeply irresponsible to publish such unverified information, dragging not just the parties but also their families into unnecessary speculation. Reckless reporting like this only causes harm, and we urge the media to exercise restraint and fact-check before spreading misinformation and also be respectful towards everyone’s privacy.”
