Diddy Faces Allegations of Coercing Employee into Sexual Acts in New Indictment

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious allegations of employing physical violence and forced labor against his staff, as outlined in a new superseding indictment reported by People magazine.

The legal documents suggest that Diddy, along with his associates, exerted control over certain employees of Combs Business. These individuals reportedly worked long hours with insufficient rest, coerced through various means, including physical violence, psychological intimidation, financial threats, and damage to their reputations.

The indictment indicates that employees feared job loss and potential harm if they failed to adhere to Diddy’s demands.

Notably, the document alleges the use of physical force and threats to compel an employee into engaging in sexual acts with the prominent music figure.

In reaction to these allegations, Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stated to “Extra” that, “Mr. Combs has expressed previously, and will continue to assert, that he categorically denies the claims presented by the Southern District of New York. He anticipates presenting his case in court, where it will be clear that he has never forced anyone into sexual acts against their will. Numerous former staff members support him, ready to share their experiences of hard work and inspiration while contributing to his groundbreaking businesses.”

Earlier in January, prosecutors had filed an indictment accusing Combs and his affiliates of leveraging his “power and prestige” to intimidate and ensnare victims under the guise of romantic interest, subsequently coercing them into sexual activities.

The indictment further claims that Diddy resorted to physically violent actions in multiple instances of alleged kidnapping when his authority was called into question by employees or others.

The court documents assert, “On various occasions, Combs physically assaulted individuals by throwing objects or people, as well as hitting, dragging, choking, and shoving them.”

Agnifilo addressed this indictment, emphasizing to “Extra,” “The latest charges do not introduce any new offenses. The prosecution continues to pursue a flawed theory, now absurdly suggesting that two of Mr. Combs’ former partners were, in fact, prostitutes rather than girlfriends. Mr. Combs remains dedicated to contesting these accusations vigorously and achieving victory at trial.”

In September, a federal indictment had already charged Diddy with offenses including racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution-related activities.

The earlier allegations detailed that Diddy “employed force, threats, and coercion to compel victims into prolonged sexual engagements with male sex workers, whom Combs referred to as ‘Freak Offs.’”

Currently, Combs is scheduled for a trial in May 2025, having pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
