We’re Challenging Search Warrants …
Feds Offered ‘Distorted Picture of Facts’

Diddy‘s legal representatives are contesting the validity of the search warrants that allowed federal agents to conduct searches of his residences and scrutinize his online activities, alleging that the authorities included “false statements” in their warrant applications.
The legal team filed documents in court on Sunday, seeking a judge’s intervention to dismiss all evidence obtained during the searches. They argue that the government presented an exceedingly misleading representation of the situation in their warrant requests.
According to Diddy’s lawyers, there exists substantial evidence indicating that at least one purported victim was a willing participant in the so-called “freak-offs,” a term referring to the alleged sex parties hosted by Diddy.
Additionally, the defense claims that the federal statements were crafted in a way that misled the court and facilitated the acquisition of the warrants, with the government allegedly leaking damaging information in the process.
The defense further emphasizes that the motivations of the alleged victims regarding their accusations were not disclosed by the federal authorities, highlighting another representation issue that they want to be addressed.
Diddy’s legal troubles gained significant media attention last year when federal agents raided his properties in key cities including New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.
In these raids, federal agents reported recovering numerous pieces of evidence such as hard drives and surveillance equipment, as well as a notable seizure of over 1,000 bottles of baby oil.
These operations culminated in Diddy’s shocking arrest in a New York City hotel in September. He is now facing multiple charges, which include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking through coercive means, and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.
Efforts to obtain comments from prosecutors have yet to yield a response.
