During their discussion, Warren elaborated on Hegseth’s perceived failures, emphasizing that such breaches of protocol would have ended in termination for anyone else working within the Department of Defense. “This is something for which any professional in the Department of Defense would have faced immediate consequences,” she asserted.

With a convicted felon sitting in the White House, it’s clear that serious consequences for actions that jeopardize the nation’s security are not being enforced.”
