Reports from passengers indicate that the uproar began when the individual expressed frustration over their meal choice, which had been pre-ordered. Additionally, there was contention regarding seat assignments as the passenger had requested to sit in an exit row with a child, a request that was denied. Witnesses noted that the combination of these issues may have contributed to the passenger’s aggressive behavior.

The situation escalated significantly, with one passenger recalling a tense atmosphere throughout the flight. “They were informing us of supposed technical problems with the aircraft, which amplified the anxiety,” they stated.
