Gia Duddy, a social media influencer and former girlfriend of Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis, has shared her insights for the girlfriends of this year’s NFL Draft hopefuls following her viral moment during the 2023 draft. Duddy’s expressions were prominently featured in media coverage when Levis, widely anticipated to be a top pick, remained undrafted on the first day.
In a recent TikTok video, Duddy discussed her feelings about the draft experience and offered words of encouragement to the current draft class, stating, “I feel like I’ve never really talked about the draft, and I don’t really like talking about it just because it genuinely wasn’t about me.” She conveyed her excitement for the athletes involved, mentioning friends who are part of this year’s class.
During the tense moments of the draft, Duddy’s demeanor was captured on camera, leading to speculation and commentary about her reactions. She cautioned significant others attending the event to be aware of how their expressions might be interpreted by the media. “For those who are attending, beware of your resting facial expressions,” she advised. “The media loves a story, and they will start one that you’re just not happy.” She humorously added, “So from one RBF to another, good luck.”
Levis was eventually selected by the Titans in the second round as the 33rd overall pick after they traded up to secure him. He initially began his rookie season in a third-string role, but made his debut in October 2023 due to an injury to starter Ryan Tannehill. Despite high hopes, his performance during the season was marked by challenges, finishing with a 3-6 record, 1,808 passing yards, eight touchdowns, and four interceptions, while being sacked 28 times. In 2024, he was named the starting quarterback but faced further difficulties, concluding the season with a 2-10 record, 2,091 passing yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions.
In a strategic move, the Titans used their first overall pick in the subsequent draft to select quarterback Cam Ward from Miami, indicating a shift in their approach to the quarterback position.
