Gleb Savchenko Addresses Breakup with Brooks Nader on Social Media
During a recent appearance on “Dancing with the Stars,” professional dancers Ezra Soza and Rylee Arnold confronted Gleb Savchenko about his separation from model Brooks Nader. The couple had ignited romantic speculation while partnering on the show but reportedly ended their relationship shortly after their elimination.
Amidst rumors of a reconciliation, Gleb took to TikTok to clarify their status. The video, shared by Ezra, features the dancers pointing out that Gleb seemed to be at Brooks’ residence in one of his earlier TikTok clips. Savchenko quickly dismissed this notion, stating, “Totally different house. Look, that plant — I’ve never seen that plant before.” In a light-hearted exchange, he also expressed to Brooks, “Brooks, if you’re watching, I miss you.”
Further teasing ensued when Arnold reminded him, “You were the one who texted her, Gleb! You were the one who ended it.” Savchenko confirmed, “I did.” This admission came as Brooks posted a TikTok on October 24 that seemed to allude to their breakup, where she acted out a scene from the film “Whiplash.” In the clip, she quoted a line about not being able to continue the relationship due to personal pursuits, captioning it, “When he’s breaking up with me, but I never knew we were dating.”
An insider informed Us Weekly that Gleb was the one to initiate the breakup, while Brooks was seen to move on positively. Reports suggest their split occurred about a week following their exit from “DWTS.”
In a previous interview with “Extra” last month, which happened after their passionate cha-cha performance, both Gleb and Brooks referred to their relationship as simply “hanging out” and having a blast. Brooks downplayed the rumors, stating that the speculation didn’t detract from their focus on dancing, while also celebrating her skills on the dance floor. She remarked, “We love it all, it’s all a blessing, and we’re having a lot of fun.”
There was also some playful banter about their visit to a tattoo parlor, where Brooks hinted at a shared secret tattoo with Gleb, saying, “I’d have to kill you! It’s our secret tattoo, and it’s like people have secret handshakes — we have a secret tattoo now.”
The initial romance rumors sparked when the duo was seen kissing in a behind-the-scenes video from the show. However, Brooks later clarified in a conversation with “Extra” that they were merely a dance couple at that time, noting her mixed emotions as someone who had recently become single, while enjoying their time together.
Despite the twists in their relationship dynamic, Brooks emphasized that what was portrayed online was authentic, insisting, “I’m not a fake girl.”
