In an exclusive interview with “Extra’s” A.J. Andrews, recently engaged couple Grant Ellis and Juliana Pasquarosa reflected on their journey following the finale of “The Bachelor.” The couple expressed their joy at being able to share their love openly.
Juliana proudly showcased her engagement ring, while Grant elaborated on the selection process, stating, “I know Jules’ style and I think it fits her perfectly… It’s classy, but a little sassy.”
Elated to move past secrecy, Juliana described her relief at being in a public relationship. She humorously added that she could now update Grant’s contact name in her phone, changing it from “Wolf Pack or Die, Baby” to simply “Grant.”
Reflecting on her feelings for Grant, Juliana recalled realizing her love for him in Scotland, emphasizing her need for time to build trust. “I’m a slow burn… when I did open up, and he just heard me and cried with me, I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh, I love this man,’” she shared.
Despite doubts about their dynamic amidst a competitive environment, Juliana ultimately opened her heart to Grant, illustrating her vulnerability in navigating their relationship.
Grant expressed his admiration for Juliana’s authentic nature and their deep connection that transcends the show’s frame. He remarked, “Jules wears her heart on her sleeve, and she doesn’t care what people think. That’s a strength.” He underscored her honesty as one of her most admirable traits.
As the conversation turned to the challenges they faced, Grant addressed criticisms regarding his feelings for runner-up Litia, who he used the word “love” with during the show. “I think I led with empathy and my heart,” he explained. “I don’t regret telling her I loved her. I wish her the best moving forward.”
Juliana added that their experience of watching the show helped them engage in tough conversations, ultimately strengthening their bond. “It was difficult, but it was important,” she said, highlighting the necessity of honesty in their relationship.

Grant and Juliana are now looking ahead to their future, with Grant preparing to relocate to Boston. “I got a crib in Houston, and I’m getting an apartment in Boston,” he said. “We’re also planning some travels — Italy is on the agenda.”
The couple shared their aspirations for a wedding in Italy. “We’re taking it one day at a time, but it’s definitely something we talk about,” Grant said, with Juliana adding, “We’re going to get married in Italy!”
While Juliana envisions a large but intimate celebration surrounded by love, she firmly stated their preference for privacy regarding the televised aspect of the event. Grant agreed, stating, “We want some privacy, just a little bit with that aspect.”
However, he expressed openness to returning to the spotlight for opportunities like “Dancing with the Stars,” noting that he has not yet received an invitation but would be eager to participate if it came his way.
