Chicago
Shubert Theatre (Broadway)
In an exciting development, supermodel and entrepreneur Ashley Graham is making her Broadway debut as “Roxie Hart” in the production of *Chicago*. Featuring a beloved book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, along with music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb, *Chicago* holds the title of the longest-running American musical in Broadway history. Set against the backdrop of the glitzy and often sordid world of the 1920s, the story follows Roxie Hart, a housewife and club dancer who commits murder after being threatened by her lover. To escape conviction, Roxie cleverly manipulates the legal and media systems, enlisting Chicago’s most charismatic criminal lawyer to turn her deadly act into sensational news worthy of today’s tabloids.
