After skipping a Lite variant within its Honor 300 series last year, Honor has officially launched its Honor 400 series with the introduction of the Honor 400 Lite.
The Honor 400 Lite features a 6.7-inch flat AMOLED display boasting a resolution of FHD+ and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. This display reaches an impressive peak brightness of 3,500 nits and is equipped with an optical in-display fingerprint scanner. At the top of the screen, a pill-shaped cutout houses a 16MP front-facing camera along with an LED flash for improved self-portraits.
On the rear, the device showcases a newly designed camera module, transitioning from the previously used oval shapes to a distinct triangular layout. The primary camera is a robust 108MP sensor accompanied by a 1/1.67-inch sensor size, featuring an f/1.75 aperture and 3x lossless zoom capabilities. Additionally, it includes a 5MP ultrawide lens that also functions as a depth sensor, enhancing the photography experience.

A standout feature of the Honor 400 Lite is its multifunctional AI camera button, located conveniently on the right side beneath the power button. This button enables users to quickly access the camera app, capture photos, record videos, and even zoom in on subjects. By pressing and holding the button, users can activate visual intelligence features to identify objects in their environment.
Key specifications of the Honor 400 Lite
Under the hood, the Honor 400 Lite is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra chipset, available with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB, though the storage is non-expandable. The device runs on MagicOS 9.0, which is based on Android 15. Its battery capacity stands at a substantial 5,230 mAh and supports 35W wired charging for quick power top-ups.
Available color options for the Honor 400 Lite
The Honor 400 Lite is offered in three elegant colors: green, black, and grey. In Austria, the 8GB/256GB variant is currently available for pre-order at a price of €269, with a standard retail price of €299. Initial deliveries are anticipated between April 8-9, and the device is expected to roll out to additional markets shortly.
