Choosing the right packaging is essential in Schedule 1, although mishaps can occur from time to time.
After you’ve pinpointed a customer, acquired the necessary seeds to create optimal mixes, and are prepared to advance to the packaging area, there’s one significant final step: selecting the appropriate package. There are instances when your fatigued character—or even you—might mistakenly select an incorrect package for a batch.
Fortunately, Schedule 1 offers a solution to reverse the packaging process, but understanding how to execute this isn’t always straightforward.
Steps to Unpackage Products
To unpackage items, navigate to the Packaging Station and follow these steps:
1. Go to the Packaging Station.
2. Drag the packaged goods to the output socket.
3. Click on the blue arrow labeled “PACKAGE.” This will reverse the arrow’s direction, change its color to red, and update the text to “UNPACKAGE.”
4. Hit the orange “UNPACK” button below to finalize the action.
If the button appears grayed out, check to see if there are any remaining bags or jars in the Packaging socket. The action only functions when the socket is completely unoccupied, so temporarily move those items to your inventory.
Resolving the “Unpackaged Items Won’t Fit” Error
The “Unpackaged items won’t fit” error often occurs when attempting to unpackage several drugs from a jar simultaneously. This can be a source of frustration, but a simple workaround exists: drag the unpackaged item (for instance, OG Kush) before proceeding further.
This predicament usually happens because your stack of OG Kush is nearing its limit of 20 items before you’ve had a chance to completely unbox all jars. To overcome this, promptly transfer unpackaged products to your inventory once the limit is reached, then continue the unpackaging process.
As your inventory fills up—especially when dealing with extensive unpackaging—it’s advisable to have some shelves nearby for better organization.
