If you’re a fan of LEGO, the upcoming LEGO event in Fisch promises an exciting experience. Players will join Brickford Masteron in a quest to locate 16 missing LEGO fish scattered throughout the ocean. This colorful adventure in a vibrant, brick-built world has something for everyone. Here’s everything you need to navigate this special event.
Where to find Brickford Masteron in Fisch
Begin your journey at Moosewood. Brickford Masteron can be easily identified; he’s stationed on a LEGO boat on the right side of the island (viewed from the ocean).
Upon speaking with Brickford, he’ll inform you that he’s missing 16 unique LEGO fish.
How to get Stud Bait
To attract LEGO fish, you’ll need Stud Bait, which Brickford offers. However, be aware of a glitch that may prevent him from providing bait upon your first attempt. Try conversing with him a second time to receive your bait before you venture out.
While Stud Bait is not mandatory for catching LEGO fish, it’s beneficial as it helps preserve your bait supply. You can acquire more Stud Bait from Brickford for each LEGO fish you return to him.
How to get the Brick Built Rod
Brickford will immediately present you with the Brick Built Rod, along with a small amount of Stud Bait. This rod is essential for capturing all the LEGO fish, so be sure it’s ready before you start your fishing expedition!
Where to catch LEGO fish in Fisch (How to find a LEGO Pool)
With your rod and bait in hand, you must seek out a LEGO Pool to start fishing. Unlike previous events, there’s no beam of light indicating their location. Instead, a nearby red “LEGO Pool” label will show you where to drop your line.
Here’s what I’ve discovered about the LEGO Pools and their appearance rates:
- They spawn approximately every 10 to 30 minutes.
- Each Pool persists for five minutes before vanishing.
- A server-wide notification will alert players when a Pool spawns, showing which island it is near.
- Typically, they appear just off the shore of the island they are associated with. For instance, in Moosewood, I’ve observed them both at the front and behind the island (north of Earmark Island).
Utilize a quick boat to circle the islands and spot the red radar patch in the water. Note that your Fish Radar is not required for this task.
Common spawning locations include:
- Statue of Sovereignty
- Moosewood
- Mushgrove Swamp
- Roslit Bay
- Grand Reef
- Northern Expedition (not requiring entry into the area)

You’ll aim to capture 15 different LEGO fish from the pool. Here’s the complete list (all fish are Limited and do not have specific time or seasonal constraints):

How to catch the Studolodon in Fisch
The elusive Studolodon is a challenge, as it doesn’t appear in a LEGO Pool. To catch it, you must participate in a Studolodon Hunt:
- A server-wide notification will inform players when a Studolodon is near a specific island.
- Travel quickly to that location.
- Equip your Brick Built Rod and use Stud Bait to catch it.
Be prepared for a fight; the Studolodon has a -85% progression speed, making it a worthy test of your fishing skills. Don’t lose heart if you don’t catch it on your first attempt.
How to get the LEGO event reward in Fisch
After successfully catching all 16 LEGO fish (the 15 from the pools plus the Studolodon), return to Brickford Masteron to claim your rewards:
