Huntress Enhances SIEM with New Integrations
Huntress has announced significant updates to its Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution, which is entirely managed by its Security Operations Center (SOC). The company is introducing over 20 new integrations from various reputable brands, including 1Password, Keeper Security, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, pfSense, SonicWall, Sophos, Ubiquiti, WatchGuard, Barracuda Networks, LastPass, DNSFilter, and CloudGen.
According to Huntress, the fully managed nature of its SIEM, combined with an integrated SOC, is a vital enhancement for its clients. The company asserts that solutions lacking this seamless combination frequently encounter obstacles that can impact effectiveness.
“When technology and SOC operations are not aligned or rely on third-party solutions, it can result in delays and increased risk,” emphasized Bisnett. “At Huntress, our team identifies the early indicators and is also responsible for developing and implementing the necessary responses. This eliminates the need to wait for another vendor to resolve issues within their products.”
The managed SIEM by Huntress has seen a successful initial rollout, having acquired nearly 1,000 customers during its six-month early availability phase, according to Bisnett.
