Trump has previously suggested that the Biden administration has been “too gracious” towards Harry, which stirs controversy as some of Trump’s supporters have openly called for his deportation.
The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank known for influencing right-wing policy, has taken a particular interest in Harry’s immigration status following the release of his memoir, Spare. Their concerns stem not from literary critiques but rather from Harry’s admissions regarding past drug use. In the context of U.S. immigration, such admissions can complicate visa applications. As a result, the foundation has initiated a legal effort to obtain Harry’s visa application, raising questions about whether he provided accurate information or received preferential treatment.
While I am not an advocate for the Heritage Foundation, the inquiry into Harry’s immigration details holds relevance for public interest. A judge previously ruled against disclosing this information, but with a new political landscape in Washington, there is potential for a change in that stance. Harry’s situation is further complicated by the current Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, who is known for her erratic behavior and desire for media attention. Noem’s recent appearances, which include dramatic outfits during immigration raids and other publicity stunts, add a layer of unpredictability to the situation.
