Following a gripping contest, Iyo Sky emerged victorious at Allegiant Stadium on April 20, 2025, successfully defending her title by pinning Bianca Belair.

Ripley, determined to regain control, attempted another Riptide on Sky, which was skillfully countered into a DDT. As Sky tried to claim the advantage, she took a hard kick to the head from Ripley. The action intensified as Ripley climbed the ropes again, aiming for another Riptide, but Sky managed to thwart her. Belair then put Sky on her shoulders for a KOD, but Ripley made a crucial last-second save, preventing the pinfall.
The battle featured fierce exchanges of blows between Ripley and Belair, escalating the stakes further. Belair managed to hit Ripley with another KOD, but as she went for the pin, Sky soared in with a spectacular moonsault, landing on both competitors.
