j-hope’s “Sweet Dreams” Claims Top Spot in Music Poll
The new collaboration “Sweet Dreams” from j-hope featuring Miguel has emerged as the leader in this week’s music poll, reflecting the strong support of fans.
According to a poll released on Friday, March 7, by Billboard, the BTS member’s latest track has resonated strongly with music enthusiasts, securing a remarkable 77% of the votes as the preferred new release of the week.
Despite facing competition from a variety of notable artists, j-hope’s fresh entry outperformed several other new releases, including those from JENNIE, Lady Gaga, Doechii, and Dolly Parton.
Released on March 7, “Sweet Dreams” not only captured the attention of Billboard readers but also is poised to garner further recognition as j-hope prepares for his solo performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 10, where he will debut the song live.
This new single coincides with his ongoing Hope on the Stage Tour, which began in Seoul in late February and will soon reach Brooklyn. The tour will also make stops in cities like Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, Oakland, and Los Angeles, before heading back to Asia.
The track features contributions from j-hope along with producer Johnny Goldstein and songwriters Sam Martin, Sean Douglas, and Theron Makiel Thomas.
Trailing behind “Sweet Dreams” in the poll are JENNIE’s anticipated album Ruby, which garnered 12% of the votes, and Lady Gaga’s Mayhem, receiving 7% of the vote.
