Approximately 40% of respondents perceive job opportunities as steady compared to the previous year, indicating a reluctance to expect significant changes in employment prospects.

While 38% of participants stated that the number of job offerings remained unchanged, a significant number—about 33%—believe there are currently fewer jobs available. Only 29% of those surveyed expressed optimism about an increase in opportunities.

When asked about their chances of securing a new position within the next six months, opinions were nearly evenly split. Over half of the respondents (51%) are hopeful about finding employment, but 49% are preparing for potentially increased competition and challenges in the job market.

Four out of ten employed individuals reported that higher wages were their primary reason for exploring new job opportunities. Additionally, many respondents expressed a desire for better work-life balance and growth potential. Notably, the survey indicates that employed women are more inclined than men to pursue new employment.
