This musical offers a unique retelling of the Exodus narrative, focusing on Moses’s extraordinary journey, infused with Broadway flair and classic showbiz energy. The storyline showcases Moses’s relentless efforts to lead the Children of Israel to their promised destination, reflecting both the challenges and triumphs of this pivotal moment in history.
Rachel Shukert, known for her work on popular television shows like Glow and The Handmaid’s Tale, originally cast Seth Rudetsky in the role of Moses during the debut concerts in New York City back in 2011. Seth will once again reprise this iconic role. Details regarding the cast for pivotal characters such as Moses’s brother Aaron, the Pharaoh, and Moses’s mother Yocheved, among others, will be announced soon, featuring a lineup of acclaimed Broadway stars.
