Mexican artist Carolina Ross has signed with Fonovisa/Universal after years of thriving as an independent musician. Hailing from Culiacán, Sinaloa, her acoustic renditions of regional Mexican songs have garnered over 400 million streams according to press statements.
Pop-rock trio Arrows in Action has partnered with Nettwerk, which is set to release their new album, I Think I’ve Been Here Before, on May 16. A follow-up installment of the album is also planned for the future.
Nettwerk has also signed indie-pop artist Your Smith (formerly known as Caroline Smith), who has just released her new single “Peaches.”
Warner Music Group has secured a global label agreement with the Japanese dance and vocal group PSYCHIC FEVER through its Warner Music Japan division, collaborating with 10K Projects in the U.S. Their debut single under Warner Music is slated for release in June.
The band Arm’s Length from Ontario, Canada, has signed with Pure Noise Records. Their upcoming sophomore album, There’s A Whole New World Out There, is scheduled for release on May 16, buoyed by the lead single “Funny Face,” which is already available.
The newly established Gravel Road Records, founded by Anthony Martini and Rich Barner, has signed country musician Travis Bolt, known for his song “Never Tried Cocaine.” An EP is expected to drop this spring.

Triple Tigers Records has welcomed singer-songwriter Shane Profitt into its roster. Latina country singer-songwriter Kat Luna has signed a contract with Sony Music Nashville. Formerly half of the duo Kat & Alex, she has ventured into a solo career, releasing songs like “That Girl” and “Happiest I’ve Ever Been.” Luna is currently working on new material with producer Nathan Chapman, with management support from Neon Coast, booking from UTA, and publishing through Warner Chappell Nashville.
Korean rock musician LØREN has joined forces with the Los Angeles-based label AYLA. He previously contributed as a songwriter to BLACKPINK’s hit album The Album, crafting tracks like “Pretty Savage,” “You Never Know,” and “Lovesick Girls.”
In a significant move, Warner Classics has signed the all-female vocal group Lyyra. Their inaugural release under this new agreement will be a digital single of the song “Hymn of Acxiom” by Vienna Teng, set for release on March 7, timed to honor International Women’s Day.
