A fresh round of tickets for the Broadway musical Just in Time, featuring Tony Award Winner Jonathan Groff, is available for shows extending through Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the Circle in the Square Theatre.
The performances for Just in Time commenced on March 31, 2025, and it has received favorable reviews since its opening on April 26, 2025.
Under the direction of Tony Award winner Alex Timbers (Moulin Rouge), Just in Time showcases the dramatic life journey of an iconic American entertainer, portrayed by Groff, alongside a talented cast of 11 actors and a live band. The production features timeless songs from Bobby Darin, including “Beyond the Sea,” “Splish Splash,” “Dream Lover,” and “Mack the Knife.”
The musical boasts a book written by Tony Award winner Warren Leight (Side Man) and Isaac Oliver (Intimacy Idiot, “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”). Music supervision and arrangements are handled by Andrew Resnick (Parade), with orchestrations by Resnick and Michael Thurber. The choreography is by Shannon Lewis (“Saturday Night Live,” Fosse), based on an original concept by Ted Chapin. Scenic design is led by two-time Tony Award winner Derek McLane (Death Becomes Her), with costumes by eight-time Tony Award winner Catherine Zuber (Moulin Rouge!). The lighting design is created by Tony Award winner Justin Townsend (Here Lies Love) and the sound design by Tony Award winner Peter Hylenski (Maybe Happy Ending). Production Stage Manager Scott Rowen oversees the stage management, with Live Wire Theatrical serving as the General Manager.
Starring Jonathan Groff along with a cast that includes Gracie Lawrence (“The Sex Lives of College Girls”), Erika Henningsen (Mean Girls), and Tony Award winner Michele Pawk (Wicked), Just in Time features an ensemble of notable actors, including Emily Bergl, Lance Roberts, and Julia Grondin, among others.
The production is made possible through the efforts of producers Tom Kirdahy, Robert Ahrens, and John Frost. The extensive list of co-producers includes Thomas M. Neff, Evamere Entertainment, and the John Gore Organization, underscoring a collaborative effort behind this theatrical endeavor.
Groff’s return to Broadway as the legendary singer Bobby Darin marks a significant event. The musical Just in Time promises to immerse viewers in a vibrant nightclub atmosphere, bringing to life Darin’s celebrated hits and highlighting the struggles of an artist who sought to chart his own path amidst the pressures of fame.
