Kamya Punjabi Criticizes Avinash Mishra for Remarks on Chum Darang in Bigg Boss 18
In a recent Twitter outburst, former “Bigg Boss” contestant Kamya Punjabi expressed strong support for Chum Darang following comments made by Avinash Mishra, who deemed Chum “non-deserving” in the ongoing 18th season of the popular reality show hosted by Salman Khan.
Kamya’s defense of Chum was unequivocal, as she questioned Avinash’s perspective on the matter. “My God, what kind of attitude is this? I really like #Avinash, but calling #Chum not deserving for the 14th week is so sick. Well, #ChumDarang definitely deserves to win #BiggBoss18 @ColorsTV @chumdarang,” she remarked in her post.
This incident marks yet another instance of Kamya actively engaging with the developments in “Bigg Boss 18.” Previously, she had taken issue with fellow contestants Karan Veer Mehra and Vivian Dsena, criticizing them for using derogatory terms towards junior artists. Her comments revealed a concern for the treatment of emerging talent within the industry. “Karanveer ne Vivian ke liye Junior Artist word use kiya, Vivian ne Chahat ke liye… So Dono hi galat hue na… tum log aapas meh kyu lad rahe ho??? Support your favourite, but don’t be blind; jo galat hai woh galat hai… (Karan Veer used the term ‘junior artist’ for Vivian; Vivian used it for Chaahat… so both are wrong. Why are you guys fighting with each other??? Support your favourite but don’t be blind; what is wrong is wrong),” she explained.
Kamya Punjabi has cultivated a notable career in television, appearing in several well-received series including “Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki,” “Doli Armaano Ki,” and “Sanjog.” Furthermore, her participation in “Bigg Boss 7” solidified her status in the reality television landscape.
