Karan Kundrra’s Missing Face trailer unveils Aryan’s search for his missing brother, Rohan.
Karan Kundrra has recently unveiled the trailer for his upcoming film, Missing Face.
In the trailer released on Thursday through his Instagram, Karan portrays Aryan, a man grappling with a unique neurological condition known as prosopagnosia, or face blindness. This disorder complicates Aryan’s ability to recognize faces, even those of his closest relatives and friends.
Aryan’s world is shaken when he receives a call from his brother Rohan, who went missing six months prior. Rohan warns Aryan that his life is in danger, prompting Aryan to embark on a desperate mission to locate him. As he delves deeper into this quest, he discovers he is ensnared in a labyrinth of deceit.
The trailer provides a sneak peek of a passionate scene involving Karan; it showcases intimate moments between him and another character.
In addition to Karan Kundrra, Missing Face features appearances from Indraneil Sengupta and Dipannita Sharma in significant roles, while Naseeruddin Shah will make a special appearance in the film.
In his Instagram post accompanying the trailer, Karan highlighted the film’s intriguing premise: “He can identify minute details but can’t recognise faces… What happens when you witness a murder but, due to a psychological condition, can’t remember any faces—not even your own—and hence not even the killer’s? The truth becomes a trap.”
Following the trailer’s release, fans took to social media to express their enthusiasm for the film.
